What does each price include?+
Every flat rate covers ordering, the electronic donor voucher, routing to a collection site and secure delivery of results to your account. You pay once per candidate, upfront, with no hidden fees.
Are you a registered DOT consortium/third-party administrator?+
Our FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse C/TPA registration is pending. We'll publish our registration details here as soon as it's approved.

How fast are results?+
Most lab-based drug test results are ready in 24–72 hours after collection. Results that need medical review can take longer.
How does the donor get tested?+
After payment, your candidate receives an electronic voucher with a barcode and a map of nearby collection sites. They bring it to the site to complete collection.
How are results kept private?+
Result PDFs are stored in a private vault and can only be opened by your account through short-lived secure links.
